Shawn Parker
 

Shawn F. Parker a life long resident of Columbus, Graduated from The Ohio State University (1987) with an undergraduate degree in secondary education.

Shawn received both his salesperson (1994) and Real Estate Broker’s (2008) licensure through Hondos College. Shawn is also licensed to practice by the state of Florida.

Shawn has completed graduate level classes through Ohio States’ Fisher College of business in Finance, Business Law, and Marketing.

Shawn was appointed as Receiver to the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in 2008 Simultaneously by the Hon. Judge Richard Sheward, Hon. Judge Frye, and Hon. Judge Richard Schneider, and Hon. Judge Kimberly Cocroft. Shawn also has recently accepted an appointment with the Stark County Ohio court to serve the northeast portion of Ohio as well. Shawn also is an active Receiver for the Union County Court of Common Pleas.

Shawn had worked for Borden, Nestle SA, and Eastman Kodak prior to becoming a Broker in the consumer products industry and was the recipient of numerous awards in business. Simultaneously, the groundwork was being laid for the New Perspective family of companies, to assist private and institutional clients in portfolio strategy and management.

New Perspective Realty and Asset Management was formed to fill the need for quality, professional asset management and liquidation duties in the new sophisticated marketplace.

New Perspective Asset Management is unique in that it creates a team of industry professionals to match the needs of the business or property in distress, to properly stabilize the entity to move it to it’s next phase in it’s business life cycle. Shawn and his family have resided in Dublin Ohio for approx. 15 years, and Shawn is an active Volunteer with the Delta Chi housing Corp, the Knights of Columbus, St. Brigid elementary school, and the Boy Scouts of America, where he was the recipient in 2009 of the “Bridgebuilder Award” for distinguished service.

Eric Eldridge
 

Eric started his real estate career with Marcus & Millichap in 2005. During his time with Marcus & Millichap, he assisted with the closing of over $37 Million of Multi-Tenant Retail closings. It was this experience that exposed him to the seemingly unlimited potential today’s technology has to offer all members of the real estate community.

Today, he focuses on the sales and leasing of income producing properties with almost exclusive attention given to Retail. He works with both buyers and sellers of investment properties for properties throughout the Midwest. By properly leveraging today’s technology with his continually evolving database of contacts, it is not uncommon for him to sell a property in Ohio that is owned by an east coast landlord and to find a buyer for the property that resides in the west coast of the United States.

He works hard to develop clients and not simply transactions. He believes success is found in taking a comprehensive approach to assisting his clients maximize their bottom line numbers. Often, this involves solving an existing vacancy problem by implementing aggressive leasing campaigns. This labor intensive approach results in obtaining a higher net operating income for his clients and thus commands a much higher sales price for his client.

Currently, he has just less than 700,000 square feet of retail properties for sale or for lease in within his constantly changing portfolio of properties. He works with well with both local owners and large publicly traded institutional property holders. A few of the clients on his roster include: Realty Income (NYSE “O”), Kroger Limited Partnership I, Kin Properties and ACVentures.

Eric graduated from Bowling Green State University with an Economics degree. He is an active member of numerous organizations and committees.


Adam Rath
 

Honest, consistent and client favorite, Adam offers unsurpassed marketing, communication and negotiating skills. After 7 years in the automotive world, Adam decided to follow his passion and get his Real Estate licensee in 2011. He has taken his corporate experience and applied his professionalism to the real estate industry.

As a full time agent, Adam works hard to develop relationships with his clients and simplifying the process making the transaction as smooth as possible. He focuses his time and efforts on his clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Michael Byrne
 

After growing up in the Chicago area and helping his father manage two apartment complexes, Michael Byrne caught the real estate bug early. After first obtaining his real estate license and working there, Michael moved to Columbus and has held his real estate license here since 2008. As a licensed Realtor and real estate investor himself, Michael Byrne is uniquely suited to help clients determine strategies to best position themselves in the present real estate market, as well as plan for the future. His experience with, and knowledge of, the short sale, foreclosure, and REO processes has helped many property owners, investors, and buyers achieve success with each of their individual and special circumstances. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Club for real estate sales.

Michael’s additional three years’ experience as a loan officer has also helped clients in determining the best course of action by determining when, and if, they should buy a home in the current market, enter into a lease option or land contract scenario, or perhaps even just rent for a short time. His knowledge of how credit reports are generated and scored has proven an invaluable tool to many customers in determining which course of action to pursue as well.

Michael also helped establish our Property Management division that oversees the day-to-day rental, sales, and maintenance issues for the landlords we work with. His experience as an account representative for select customers helped make sure their properties and affairs were attended to in a personal manner. As the present real estate landscape evolves, Michael also helps develop relationships with banks, private investors, other Realtors, lenders, and contractors to make them aware of the numerous products our Property Management division offers and lets them know how we can help mitigate the challenges they face in this continually shifting market.

Michael’s passions include his church, real estate investing, travelling, soccer, volleyball, strength & conditioning training, and his four dogs. He is an active member at North Church in Lewis Center and enjoys helping shape the young men at The Wellington School in Upper Arlington as their varsity soccer coach.

Michael graduated from Saint Louis University with a BA in Psychology and from the University of Missouri – Saint Louis with an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Michael can also communicate in Spanish and German to help those who may not claim English as their first language.

Stacy Lightfoot
 

Stacy Lightfoot is a Licensed Realtor and REO Specialist with over fifteen years experience. She is the owner of REO Team LLC whose primary business focus has been servicing REO accounts for banks, mortgage companies and other asset management entities. Stacy has experience with all aspects of Real Estate Owned properties including; foreclosure process, Sheriffs sale, evictions, property evaluation, property maintenance, reporting, sales, contract negotiations and coordinating closings. She is a member of FORCE The Five Star Institute Federation of REO Certified Experts. She is also a Chase Certified Short Sale Specialist and has a Short Sale Certification from the Five Star Institute.

Stacy has an Associates Degree from Bay Path College in Longmeadow, MA. Prior to joining New Perspective, Stacy worked as a licensed agent with RE/MAX and Realty Executives. She was instrumental in new account acquisitions, technology updates and establishing policies and procedures to manage REO assets. She was also responsible for the daily operations of the Regional Headquarters for Realty Executives.

Stacy has experience with REO Trans, RES.NET, Equator, LPS, disposolutions, LPS and numerous other asset management databases. This allows her to provide the best professional service available to institutional clients to allow the fast and efficient reduction of their REO asset holdings.

Specialties: Sales and Marketing of REO/Bank Owned assets for over 15 years. Knowledge of court appointed Receiverships.


Vito Boscaino
 

Vito entered the real estate industry in 2005 as the Managing Partner of North High Realty, LLC, following a successful career in the corporate world spanning industry sectors from insurance to manufacturing to consumer products.

As a full time licensed professional Realtor, Vito brings strong analytical business skills and sophisticated negotiation expertise to his clients. With a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel, and a Masters of Business Administration in Corporate Finance and Investments from Adelphi University, Vito is positioned to provide significant corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, marketing and business operations analysis experience to the Parker Realty Associates team.

Vito will provide real estate clients in the residential, commercial, investment, multi-family, industrial, development and property management areas with skilled negotiation and transaction structuring and management capabilities, driven by high-performing sales and marketing programs.


Sheila Dawson
 

Sheila Dawson entered the real estate industry in 2005 as a co-owner of North High Realty, LLC. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences, Sheila had a very successful career in sales for twelve years within the health insurance industry, and subsequently became a certified fitness trainer and wellness coach for ten years with a client base throughout the metropolitan Columbus area.

As a full-time professional licensed Realtor, Sheila has consistently provided her clients with a high level of service, transactional expertise and excellent communication throughout the purchase or sale process.

Licensed Realtor for 23 years. Attended The Ohio State University and received BS In Business Administration with major in Real Estate Finance. Also received MBA from the Fisher College of Business. Past president of the Fisher College Alumni Society serving two terms. Member of several local Boards and community organizations. St. Brigid parishioner. Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Dublin Jerome High School. Lived in Dublin for 25 years.
